From the moment we start, I’ll guide you through the entire process with gentle direction and encouragement, so nothing feels forced or awkward. I’ll help you settle in, feel at ease, and focus on what matters most: being fully present in the moment. Whether it’s a wedding, a family session, or just a day you want to remember, I’ll be there to make sure it feels true to you.
01. Say hello!
It all starts with your inquiry! Just fill out my contact form and tell me a little about you, what you’re dreaming up, and any details you already know. I’ll be in touch with more information and next steps!
02. Let’s Make It Official
If we’re a great fit, I’ll send over your custom proposal, contract, and retainer info. Once that’s complete, you’re officially booked! We’ll start planning location details, outfits, and the vibe you’re hoping for.
03. Shoot Day
This is the fun part. I’ll guide you through the whole session so you never feel stiff or unsure. My goal is to create space for real connection—whether that looks like joy, tenderness, laughter, or all three.
04. Final Gallery Delivery
Within 2 weeks for portraits and 4-6 weeks for weddings, you’ll receive a full online gallery with high-resolution images, a print release, and optional print shop access. You’ll be able to download, share, and relive the moments again and again.

How far in advance should we book you?
I usually book 1-2 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. If you’re considering a session, it’s never too early to reach out—I'd love to connect and see if we’re a great fit.
What’s your approach to editing?
I edit with a timeless, true-to-color style that reflects your real day, with just enough polish to bring out the beauty without making things feel overly filtered or fake.
Do you travel for sessions or weddings?
Absolutely! I love photographing in new places and would be honored to travel to wherever your story takes us. Travel fees may apply, but I keep it simple and upfront.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor sessions, I always keep a backup plan or rain date in mind. Life happens—and we’ll make sure you still have a beautiful experience, no matter what the forecast says.
What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
You're in good company—almost everyone I work with tells me this! My job is to help you feel relaxed, seen, and fully yourselves. I’ll guide you the whole way, no stiff poses or fake smiles required.
How long until we receive our photos?
Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks for sessions and 4-6 weeks for weddings, and for weddings I always send sneak peeks early so you don’t have to wait too long to relive the magic.
Can we print our photos ourselves?
Yes! All my galleries include high-resolution downloads and a print release. You’ll also have access to a professional print shop directly from your gallery if you'd like museum-quality prints.
